Where you will be working..
Great opportunity to join a National market leader in this newly acquired site based in the southeaster suburbs with onsite parking. Convenient hours of 9am - 5pm Thursday and Friday  + 9-1pm on a Saturday.

What you will be doing....

  

• Assist the Business Manager with daily facility operations ensuring safety, compliance and customer satisfaction
• Assist with developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency
• Monitor and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Coordinate maintenance schedules and manage service level agreements
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships
• Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Assist with maintenance records and operational reporting

• Previous experience within administration and customer service.

• Proficiency with systems in MS office and other finance/CRM tools
