Retail Sales Assistant

We are a family-owned business in Stirling looking for a friendly, reliable and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our team on a casual basis (hours can be negotiated).

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, providing excellent customer service and being part of a local family business.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous retail experience – essential

• Hardware retail experience – preferred

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• A friendly, approachable and helpful manner

• Reliability and a strong work ethic

• The ability to work independently as well as part of a small team

• Availability to work within a Monday–Saturday roster, with casual hours negotiated to suit

• Casual hours with flexibility to negotiate

• A friendly, supportive team environment
