Are you a skilled Carpenter or Shop Fitter looking for your next challenge? Join our small but fast-growing company where quality workmanship, reliability, and attention to detail genuinely matter. You’ll be working across a wide range of fit-out, renovation, and refurbishment projects for commercial clients.

Location
Primarily based in Perth, including works on Rottnest Island, with ongoing projects for fast-food and commercial clients across the metro area.
There is also potential opportunity to work in the Kimberley region for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out second fixing to a high standard, including doors, hardware, skirtings, architraves, cabinetry, and finishes

• Install and modify shop fit-outs, counters, wall linings, bulkheads, and display units

• Work on renovation and refurbishment projects, including:

  • Removal and replacement of existing fixtures and fittings

  • Working within live environments (operational shops and venues)

  • Matching existing finishes and maintaining attention to detail

• Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications

• Install ceilings, partitions, and fencing as required

• Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently

• Liaise with supervisors, other trades, and clients on site

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment

Requirements

• Qualified Carpenter or proven experience as a Carpenter / Shop Fitter

• Strong experience in second fixing and commercial fit-outs

• Previous experience in renovation and refurbishment projects (commercial preferred)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• White Card (essential)

• Current driver’s licence

• Willingness to travel within Perth, to Rottnest Island, and potentially to the Kimberley region

• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
