Head Chef Jimmy is now seeking an enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join this fast paced, flavour infused kitchen. You’ll work alongside talented chefs, learn new techniques, and play a key role in delivering the signature dishes that make Madame Hanoi truly unforgettable.

About you

You will have demonstrated experience and knowledge working in a similar kitchen environment, with the ability to handle fast paced services. You will have fantastic presentation skills and a keen eye for detail, with a commitment to providing extraordinary customer service. You will also possess the relevant Commercial Cookery qualifications as well as your Food Safety Certificate.
