The biggest issue in most new home sales roles is simple.

No quality leads.

That is not the situation here.

Last week alone, our client received 124 new enquiries and their lead flow is continuing to grow faster than they can currently handle.

The successful applicant will walk into an existing database of 200+ active leads, along with ongoing weekly lead allocations as they progress through onboarding and training.

This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing residential builder with genuine momentum across South East Queensland.

They are looking for a high performing New Homes Consultant who knows how to build relationships, follow up properly, and convert opportunities into signed contracts.

They are not looking for someone who needs to be pushed every day.

This role suits someone who is commercially driven, self-led, and thrives in a high-output environment.

For the right A-Player, earnings of $360,000+ per year are realistic.

Not because of inflated commission promises.

Because the enquiry volume, product positioning, systems, and growth trajectory are already there.

About the Role

This is not a role where you sit in a display home waiting for walk-ins.

You will be working with active buyers, building relationships with land agents, developers, brokers, and referral partners whilst guiding clients through the journey from enquiry to contract.

You will have the flexibility to work from home whilst also attending appointments, site visits, and display meetings when required.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing and converting incoming buyer enquiries

• Working through an existing database of active opportunities

• Building relationships with land agents and developers across Brisbane Northside

• Guiding buyers through the building process from enquiry to contract

• Working closely with brokers and internal support staff

• Managing your pipeline, follow-up, and client communication professionally

• Attending client meetings, site visits, and display appointments when required

• Experience with owner occupiers, investors, or first home buyers

• Finance and lending knowledge highly regarded
