About the role
As Executive Assistant to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, you will be the trusted coordination point supporting the CEO, CFO, CRO, COO and Head of People & Culture. You will help manage executive priorities, Board governance processes, stakeholder relationships and strategic initiatives. The role requires exceptional organisation, sound judgement, professionalism and the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation. You will play a key part in ensuring our executive team remains focused on delivering TCU's strategic priorities and community impact objectives.
Key responsibilities
Provide high-level support to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team
Coordinate executive calendars, travel and key engagements
Prepare meeting agendas, reports and executive correspondence
Coordinate Board and Committee meetings and documentation
Support strategic projects and organisational initiatives
Manage confidential information with the highest level of discretion
Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Monitor key actions and assist with executive workflow management
About you
Proven experience supporting senior executives or executive leadership teams
Outstanding organisational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Advanced Microsoft 365 capability
A collaborative and professional approach
The ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
Experience working in Aboriginal-led organisations
Understanding of Indigenous governance environments
Banking, financial services, legal or regulatory sector experience
