Assistant Marketing and Administration Assistant

JAWA Offroad Campers is a proud, family-owned and locally operated business, building award-winning offroad Campers & Caravans.

Located at Head Office in Bells Creek (Caloundra), we’re looking for a Part-Time Assistant to join our close-knit team.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll assist with a variety of tasks across our Sales, Marketing & Advertising teams, making this a varied role where no two days are the same.

No experience is required — we’re looking for someone who is reliable, enthusiastic, eager to learn and loves a challenge.

You’ll be joining a friendly team where there is plenty of opportunity to learn new skills, take on different responsibilities and grow with the business.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Marketing Manager across a range of day-to-day marketing activities.

• Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions and advertising initiatives when required.

• Attend advertising meetings with external agencies and assist with follow-up actions.

• Provide general administrative support to staff across various departments as required.

• Prepare monthly CRM reports, including sales trends, customer activity and the performance of advertising campaigns.

• Manage and maintain the Carsales platform, including vehicle listings, advertising, updates and sales information.

• Assist with the setup and launch of the new E-Commerce Store.

• Add, upload, and manage parts and products on the website, including product descriptions, pricing, images, and relevant information.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date product listings and website content.

• Assist with keeping marketing platforms, databases and internal records accurate and up to date.

• Support the wider Sales, Marketing and Advertising team with general administrative tasks and projects as required.
