Account Manager - Civil

Due to retirement, we are saying farewell to an amazing team member, but this also allows the opportunity to introduce our new face of Civil in the Townsville market. As an Account Manager within our Civil team, you will take ownership of an established customer portfolio while actively identifying opportunities to grow market share across Queensland. Working closely with customers, contractors, consultants and key industry stakeholders, you'll build trusted relationships, uncover upcoming projects, and position Iplex as the partner of choice.

While relationship management is a key part of the role, this is far more than maintaining existing accounts. We are looking for someone who is commercially curious, enjoys getting in front of customers, and can identify opportunities before they reach the market. Through a combination of market insight, customer engagement and business development, you will build a strong pipeline and convert opportunities into sustainable growth.

Working largely autonomously, you will manage your own territory, prioritise customer engagement, and use Salesforce and market intelligence to drive activity and results. You'll be backed by a highly experienced team with more than 100 years of combined industry knowledge, providing support while giving you the freedom to make the role your own.
