EasAbility Care is expanding — and we are looking for compassionate, reliable, and passionate Disability Support Workers to join our growing team across Adelaide.

What You'll Be DoingYou will support participants in SIL homes and community settings to live more independently, confidently, and meaningfully.
Your role may include:• Personal care and daily living support
• Community access and social engagement
• Supporting appointments and activities
• Meal preparation and household assistance
• Building confidence, routines, and independence
• Providing compassionate, respectful, person-centred care
• Experience in disability, community, aged care, mental health, or support work
• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or Community Services preferred
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
• Current First Aid & CPR
• Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Strong communication skills and professionalism
• Genuine passion for helping others
✔ Female support workers for participant-specific roles
✔ Experience with autism, psychosocial disability, dementia, or complex care
✔ Mental health or behavioural support experience
✔ Manual handling or medication training
