About the role
Sorelle Support Services is a registered NDIS provider delivering high-quality, person-centred supports across the Perth metropolitan area.
As our organisation continues to grow, we are looking for passionate, reliable and experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team. We have participants located throughout Perth, with opportunities available from Mandurah to Alkimos, and many suburbs in between.
Whether you're looking for a few shifts each week or a regular roster, we'd love to hear from you - Casual and permanent roles are available.

About the RoleAs a Disability Support Worker, you will provide person-centred supports that empower participants to live independently and achieve their individual goals.
Supports may include:
Community access and social participation
Personal care (where required)
Assistance with daily living activities
Meal preparation
Domestic assistance
Transport to appointments and activities
Capacity building and life skills
Medication assistance (where appropriately trained)
Behaviour support following Positive Behaviour Support Plans
Supporting participants with complex needs
Every participant is different, so you'll have the opportunity to work with people of all ages and support needs.

Experience in disability support is highly regarded; however, we also welcome applicants with transferable skills and a genuine passion for supporting others.
Essential RequirementsApplicants must have:
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
Current driver's licence.
Reliable vehicle.
Comprehensive motor vehicle insurance.
Smartphone for ShiftCare and documentation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Community Services or equivalent.
Experience supporting participants with Autism or Intellectual Disability.
Medication Administration Certificate.
Manual Handling Training.
Mental Health First Aid.
Experience implementing Behaviour Support Plans.
