Are you commercially minded, confident with customers and capable of turning enquiries into strong customer relationships and sales opportunities?

BOSS is looking for a high-performing Customer & Parts Specialist to join our Toowoomba team in a unique role combining Sales Operations and Parts Sales & Service.

Working closely with the Branch Manager, you'll play an important role in supporting the commercial performance and day-to-day customer operations of the branch.

This isn't simply an administration role. We're looking for someone who takes ownership of the customer experience, follows opportunities through and builds trust with customers from first enquiry to final delivery.

Sales Operations

Working closely with the Branch Manager, you'll support the commercial and customer-facing operations of the branch, including:

• Managing customer enquiries via phone, email and face-to-face

• Preparing quotes and following up sales opportunities

• Building strong relationships with customers and dealers

• Coordinating fitment schedules and customer bookings

• Supporting the customer journey from enquiry through to completion

• Identifying opportunities to improve customer outcomes and sales conversion

• Coordinating customer requirements and vehicle movements

• Ensuring accurate invoicing, CRM records and sales information

• Supporting the Branch Manager to achieve strong commercial and customer outcomes

Parts Sales & Service

You'll also support customers with their agricultural machinery parts and aftermarket requirements, including:

• Assisting customers with spare parts enquiries and sales

• Identifying and supplying the correct parts

• Preparing quotes and processing customer orders

• Building long-term relationships with customers

• Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell

• Supporting accurate stock and inventory management

• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure customers receive the right parts when they need them

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a confident, commercially minded individual who can take ownership, build strong customer relationships and make a positive contribution to the continued growth of both our Sales Operations and Parts Sales & Service divisions in Toowoomba.

Ideally, you will have:

• Strong customer-facing experience, ideally within automotive, agriculture, machinery or parts

• A commercially minded approach and ability to identify sales opportunities

• Confidence communicating with a wide range of customers

• The ability to build rapport and trust quickly

• Strong accountability and follow-through

• Excellent organisation and problem-solving skills

• Experience with quoting, CRM or sales systems

• A proactive, reliable can-do attitude
