About the role
Kaleidoscope Therapy Service (KTS) is a multidisciplinary Allied Health Practice located in Kyneton and Castlemaine, Victoria. KTS specialises in supporting children and families with developmental delays and disabilities. The team at KTS consists of allied health professionals who work collaboratively to ensure a family-centred approach and meet the needs of each child.
We’re looking for an Occupational Therapist who is passionate about working with children and helping them reach their full potential. This role offers the opportunity to specialise, build expertise, and develop strong paediatric skills in a warm, supportive environment.
We provide extensive mentoring and tailored support based on your experience. New graduates will benefit from our structured New Graduate Training Pathway, ensuring a smooth transition into the profession.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments to understand the developmental needs of children.
Design and implement evidence-based therapy plans tailored to each child’s goals.
Provide individual and group therapy sessions in our clinic, schools, and community settings.
Work closely with families to educate and empower caregivers with strategies to support therapy goals at home.
Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure a consistent approach across environments
What we offer
A competitive salary based on experience ($85,000 – $105,000).
