NDIS Disability Support Worker – Ettalong Beach NSW

Location: Ettalong Beach NSW 2257
Employment: Casual
Shift: 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm
Hours: 2 hours per day – ongoing regular shifts

We are seeking reliable and compassionate NDIS Disability Support Workers to provide ongoing support to a participant living in Ettalong Beach, NSW.

This is an excellent opportunity for support workers living in Ettalong Beach, Umina Beach, Woy Woy, Booker Bay, Empire Bay or surrounding Central Coast areas who are looking for consistent ongoing shifts.

Available Supports

The participant requires support for 2 hours per day, from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm.

Regular ongoing shifts are available.

Important: Due to the participant's personal care needs and preferences, female support workers are required for the Monday, Wednesday and Friday shifts.

Duties may include

• Assistance with daily living activities
• Personal care as required
• Domestic assistance and meal preparation
• Community access and participation
• Supporting the participant to maintain independence
• Following the participant's support plan
• Completing accurate progress/shift notes
• Providing respectful, person-centred support

Essential Requirements

Applicants should have:

• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Current First Aid and CPR
• Australian driver's licence
• Reliable transport
• Relevant disability/support work experience
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently
• Reliability and commitment to ongoing regular shifts

Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Community Services or a related qualification is desirable.

Availability
