Front of House Supervisor

We are looking for a highly skilled Front of House Supervisor with both restaurant and bar experience to lead our team in running our beachfront restaurant.

The successful applicant will be someone who is passionate about their work, is a natural leader and dedicated team player, who has demonstrated experience in a similar working environment and who is keen to adapt in these ever changing times.

Working at Enzo's on the Beach, you will be rewarded with excellent working conditions (including NO split shifts!) and a fun and dynamic environment.

The applicant must have experience in a very high volume restaurant and bar as well as have the following attributes;

- outgoing and well presented

- have a love for hospitality and be passionate about their work

- have at least two years or more experience in a similar role

- be a natural leader as well as being a team player

- ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure

- be a great communicator

- be punctual and reliable

- be able to work quickly in a fast paced environment

- manage and lead the staff across multiple departments

- excellent time management

- supervise staff training to provide an outstanding customer experience

- ensure the highest possible standard of hygiene is maintained by all staff

- keen eye for presentation and attention to detail

- sound knowledge of labour costs and budgeting

- passion and sound knowledge of food, wine and cocktails 

- strong leadership and motivational qualities

- hold a current RSA or be willing to obtain
