Foam cutter/factory hand

About the role

This is a full-time, hands-on role combining factory work with customer interaction in a fast-moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Cutting and preparing foam products to specifications

• General factory and production duties

• Speaking with customers face-to-face and over the phone

• Understanding customer requirements and product needs

• Using basic math's for measurements and job details

• Working in a fast-changing environment where tasks may vary

• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

About you

• Confident communicator with clear English skills

• Comfortable speaking with customers and answering phones

• Able to perform basic math's accurately

• Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work

• Comfortable operating machinery (training provided where required)

• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn

• Factory or manufacturing experience preferred but not essential

• A manual car license would be an advantage, but is not essential
