This is a full-time, hands-on role combining factory work with customer interaction in a fast-moving environment.
Key responsibilities
Cutting and preparing foam products to specifications
General factory and production duties
Speaking with customers face-to-face and over the phone
Understanding customer requirements and product needs
Using basic math's for measurements and job details
Working in a fast-changing environment where tasks may vary
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
About you
Confident communicator with clear English skills
Comfortable speaking with customers and answering phones
Able to perform basic math's accurately
Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work
Comfortable operating machinery (training provided where required)
Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
Factory or manufacturing experience preferred but not essential
A manual car license would be an advantage, but is not essential

Specialty Foams is seeking a reliable and motivated Foam Cutter / Factory Hand to join our team in Bibra Lake. We are looking to expand the business further, creating long-term opportunities for the right person.
Benefits
$27 per hour + penalties (base rate)
