Our remit spans city-level performance, merchant-led growth opportunities, and scalable product initiatives that drive demand, frequency, and long-term marketplace strength.

About the Role

We are hiring a Partnership Operations Manager to lead the end to end delivery of external partnerships across both in app and real world activations. You will translate ambitious partnership and growth goals into clear, executable plans that deliver exceptional customer experiences and maximise commercial value.

This role sits at the centre of Integrated Marketing, Operations and Business Operations. You will align teams, remove operational bottlenecks and build repeatable processes that improve the speed, quality and scalability of partnership activations.

This will be a hybrid role with 3 days a week in Office (Melbourne / Sydney) and 2 days remote.

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…

• Own the operational activation of major external partnerships, ensuring both out-of-app (real-world) and in-app activations launch on time, on brand, and at scale in collaboration with our marketing & product teams
• Act as the operational glue across Integrated Marketing, Operations, and Biz Ops teams - keeping goals, timelines, and dependencies aligned end to end
• Translate partnership and growth goals into clear activation plans, playbooks, and success metrics
• Design and deliver exceptional customer experiences that maximise the value of each partnership across every touchpoint
• Identify and remove operational bottlenecks, building repeatable processes that scale across consumer activations

We’re excited about you because you have…

• 6+ years of experience in operations, program/project management, or general management roles, or a similarly complex execution focused role
• Demonstrated success operationalising and scaling complex, cross functional programs, partnerships, or consumer activations
• Strong experience bringing together Marketing, Operations, Business Operations and Partnership teams to deliver shared commercial and customer outcomes
• Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage timelines, dependencies, dashboards, risks and execution mechanics without losing sight of the broader objective
• [Preferred] Proficiency with modern AI and automation solutions, including ChatGPT Codex, Cursor and Claude,to improve productivity, problem solving and execution quality
• Strong cross functional leadership skills, with a proven ability to influence, align and drive accountability without formal authority
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to simplify complexity and provide clear, actionable direction
• High levels of grit, resilience and ownership, with a strong bias for action in ambiguous and fast moving environments
