Business Development Manager

• LV, HV & MV drives experience
  
• Strong knowledge of variable speed/frequency drives and motors
  
• Electrical, automation engineering experience
  
• Proven sales and business development experience Practical commissioning experience
  
• Ability to understand customer requirements and provide technically appropriate solutions
  
• Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills
  
• A genuine desire to develop business and generate new opportunities
  
• A commercially minded, entrepreneurial approach
  
• Highly results driven and autonomous operator
  

Requirements

• An experienced BDM, Sales Engineer or Technical Sales professional
  
• From an electrical engineering, drives, motors or automation background
  
• Comfortable speaking with engineers, maintenance teams, project managers and senior decision-makers
  
• Passionate about ultra-low harmonic solutions
  
• Able to identify opportunities and convert technical knowledge into commercial outcomes
  
• Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable working autonomously
  
• Commercially ambitious and keen to build something rather than simply manage an existing portfolio
  
• Ideally experienced within a smaller business or specialist engineering environment
  
• Looking for a long-term opportunity with the potential to take on greater responsibility
