Climate HVAC is a well established air conditioning & electrical business based in Prestons, and is looking for a keen proactive wholesale Trade Counter Sales & Warehouse Person. Must have attention to detail, be organized, physically fit, warehouse experience including forklift license and excellent computer skills.

Experience in air conditioning, refrigeration or electrical national wholesale chains eg Actrol, Beijer, Heatcraft, Haymans, Rexel, John R Turks, Ideal Electrical etc would be a distinct advantage.

Salary: 

• $65k - $75k + Super

• Fulltime

Experience Required:

• Counter sales, email, phone enquires and customer service.

• Growing the business with new wholesale branch's and tradie customers

• Processing trade & online orders, invoicing and payments

• Completing and follow up on quotes and jobs.

• Assist with technical product support

• Correct allocation of stock and job costing.

• Warehouse tidiness and organization 

• Prepping trade orders, warehouse stock in/out

• Prepping transport, as well as loading and unloading trucks

• Customer Deliveries

• Great customer facing skills

• General office support in our service and installation businesses.

• Excellent computer skills, including MS excel. simPRO experience is favourable.

• 7am Starts

Qualifications:

• Forklift licence (a must have)

• Open Manual Driver's License (a must have)

Applicants will be IT savvy, with good operation skills. A leadership mentality, trustworthy and can do attitude. Opportunity for advancement into a more senior role, aswell to learn a lot of new skills in an up and coming business in the aircon industry.
