As demand continues to accelerate across Melbourne's North/West, you'll manage a growing portfolio while delivering an exceptional experience for owners and renters alike.

• We've structured our teams so Property Managers can focus on relationships and client experience — not getting buried in paperwork.
• Our support teams assist with Entry Condition Reports, the majority of routine inspections, administration and opens, allowing you to focus on portfolio management and client relationships.

• Managing a North/West portfolio
• Building strong, trusted relationships with owners and renters
• Delivering an exceptional client experience at every touchpoint
• Conducting approximately 20% of routine inspections
• Handling final inspections
• Supporting the continued growth of the North/West portfolio

• Agents Representative Certificate
• Current Police Check
• 1+ years' property management experience (Junior PMs welcome to apply)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive, team-first mindset
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
