Water Meter Technician

BTR Excavations is a well-established Civil Construction company in Adelaide North, with 30 years in the Civil Construction industry. Due to growth in our company, BTR are seeking a full-time Meter Technician to join our team. 

To be successful for this role you will need to have the following:

• General Construction Induction Card (White Card)

• Current valid Drivers License (MR or above highly desirable)  

• Previous metering experience is highly desirable

• Ready to learn and able to work on your own

• Able to undertake plenty of walking, bending and squatting

• Able to work in most weather conditions

• A strong commitment to safety

• Positive attitude, reliable, strong work ethic, and good attention to detail is required

The role includes but is not limited to the following: 

• Perform meter installations, exchanges, maintenance and testing

• Accurate data capture and it's timely delivery from field to office 

• Proficient using technology (iPad and internal systems) 

• General labouring duties and heavy lifting as required 

• Loading/unloading equipment 

• Maintaining and cleaning the work site

Start and finish in Waterloo Corner daily, so ideally you will be living in the Northern Area for your convenience.
