The Role

We're looking for a Service Advisor / Sales Expert who can confidently manage customer enquiries, upsell appropriate work, and drive revenue while maintaining an exceptional customer experience.

We don't care where your sales experience comes from.

If you can sell cars, fitness memberships, real estate, phone plans, or even Pokémon cards we're listening.

If you can communicate value, handle objections, and close deals ethically, you'll thrive here.

Key Responsibilities

• Front-of-house customer engagement (phone, walk-ins, digital enquiries)

• Quoting customers directly on servicing, repairs, and performance upgrades

• Explaining technical work in clear, customer-friendly language

• Upselling preventative maintenance and performance solutions where appropriate

• Managing job flow between customers and workshop

• Following up quotes and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings

• Building long-term customer relationships and repeat business

What We're Looking For

• Strong sales ability, proven or obvious

• Minimum 2+ years of demonstrated sales experience across any industry

• Confidence speaking with customers from all backgrounds

• Natural closer mentality (without being pushy)

• Excellent communication and people skills

• Organised, proactive, and accountable

• Automotive interest is important European car knowledge is a big plus

• European car knowledge is required for this position

• Prior automotive service advisor experience is great, but not mandatory
