Marketing and Creative Specialist (Full-Time)

We're looking for an experienced Marketing and Creative Specialist who can confidently develop B2B marketing initiatives, bring creative ideas to life, and execute them from concept through to completion.

What You'll Be Responsible For

You'll take ownership of a broad range of marketing activities, including:

• Planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and print channels
• Creating high-quality marketing artwork including catalogues, brochures, advertisements, packaging, website graphics, EDMs and social media content
• Managing and maintaining our websites, including content updates, SEO and user experience improvements
• Managing email marketing, social media platforms and digital marketing activities
• Monitoring marketing performance and identifying opportunities to improve results
• Coordinating trade shows, exhibitions and promotional events from planning through to setup
• Producing product photography and editing photos and videos
• Maintaining consistent branding across all marketing materials
• Supporting new product launches and other marketing initiatives
• General administration and reporting

About You

You're someone who enjoys both thinking strategically and getting the work done.

You don't simply develop marketing plans—you enjoy bringing them to life.

You'll likely have experience across graphic design, digital marketing, branding and content creation, and be comfortable managing multiple projects at once.

You are:

· Creative with an exceptional eye for design

· Highly organised and self-motivated

· Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

· Equally confident planning campaigns and executing them yourself

· Adaptable and willing to take on a variety of marketing responsibilities

· Passionate about learning new technologies and marketing trends

Skills & Experience

· Canva

· Website content management systems (SANA, WordPress or similar)

· SEO and Google Analytics

· Email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp

· Social media management

· Graphic design and branding

· Photography and basic video editing

· Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator) (desirable)

· Trade show or event coordination (desirable)

Pay: $70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
