Hiya! I’m Karl, and I own ausbeds.com.au. I have a few showrooms, a website and a factory where we make and sell premium mattresses directly to our lovely customers. But we’re getting super busy!

Nicky in the Marrickville showroom is run off her feet and needs help!

She’s looking for someone to help answer the phone and take appointments. So come and help! But understand that this job is all about communication. You’ll need to speak fluent English, as the role requires absolute clarity on the phone, and you’ll also be chatting with customers in the showroom a bit. Nicky will do all the sales, but she’ll sometimes need help with that too.

You’ll also need to demonstrate that you know Sydney well, as many of the phone calls will be about deliveries around Sydney. It’s just way easier if you know Sydney well—that’s what I’m trying to say.

If you want the job, don’t come into the showroom. She’s already too busy and won’t be able to see you.
