Looking for a rewarding weekend role with a friendly local business?
Mandurah Car Hire is a well-established, family-owned vehicle rental company looking for a reliable and personable team member to join us every weekend.
This role is ideal for someone looking to earn some extra income without committing to a full working week. Whether you're semi-retired, have recently finished full-time work, or simply enjoy keeping busy on weekends, we'd love to hear from you.
Friday: 7:30am – 4:30pm (8-hour shift)
Saturday: 7:30am – 10:30am (3 hours)
Sunday: 7:30am – 9:30am (2 hours)
These hours are consistent each week, allowing you to plan your life around a reliable roster.
Welcoming customers and completing vehicle handovers and returns
Answering telephone and email enquiries
Processing bookings using our booking system
Washing, vacuuming and preparing vehicles for hire
Checking vehicles for cleanliness and damage
General housekeeping to keep our premises neat and presentable
We're seeking someone who:
Enjoys working with people and providing excellent customer service
Takes pride in their work and has a great eye for detail
Is dependable, punctual and trustworthy
Is comfortable using computers and learning new systems
Can work independently and make sensible decisions
Holds a current Australian driver's licence
Is reasonably fit and happy to wash and prepare vehicles
Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or administration would be highly regarded, although full training will be provided.
Consistent weekend hours every week

Retail Award Level 3 casual hourly rates, including applicable weekend penalties
