As the Senior Director, Credit & Fraud, you will lead Optus' enterprise-wide credit and application fraud strategy, protecting the business while delivering great customer outcomes. This executive leadership role is responsible for driving risk governance, portfolio performance, fraud prevention, technology innovation, and operational excellence across Optus.

What You'll Do | Your day to day will consist of

• Lead Optus' credit and fraud strategy, policies, and governance.
• Drive strong customer, compliance, risk, and commercial outcomes.
• Oversee portfolio performance, credit decisioning, AI, and fraud technologies.
• Partner with senior leaders to influence business-wide initiatives and manage emerging risks.
• Drive automation, continuous improvement, and operational transformation.
• Lead high-performing teams and deliver executive reporting and insights.

• Significant leadership experience in credit risk, fraud, or financial risk management.
• Strong expertise in risk frameworks, governance, compliance, and portfolio management.
