At The Bathroom Outlet, we pride ourselves on delivering top-quality bathroom products, fixtures, and expert advice to homeowners, builders, and interior designers. We are looking for a motivated, experienced Sales Consultant to join our team and drive sales excellence in our showroom.

Key Responsibilities

• Consultative Sales: Guide retail customers, trade clients, and builders through product selection, offering tailored advice for their bathroom design and renovation projects.

• Quote & Order Management: Prepare detailed quotes, handle customer inquiries, and manage orders from initial contact through to delivery.

• Client Relationship Building: Maintain relationships with repeat trade customers (plumbers, builders, and designers) to build ongoing business.

• Showroom Merchandising: Maintain high showroom visual standards, ensuring product displays are clean, organized, and up to date.

• Technical Advice: Provide accurate information on measurements, plumbing compatibility, finishes, and product care.

• Social Sales & Advertising: Create, post, and monitor Facebook Marketplace listings and ad campaigns to drive incoming inquiries.

Required Experience & Skills

• Sales Experience: Minimum 5–8+ years of proven sales experience (preference given to candidates with experience in bathroom, kitchen, hardware, tile, or building supply sales).

• Product Knowledge: Understanding of bathroom plumbing, tapware, vanities, and fixture specifications (or proven ability to quickly learn complex product lines).

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional customer-first approach.

• Software Proficiency: Experience using POS (Point of Sale) systems, or WMS (Warehouse Management System).

• Results-Driven: Strong negotiation and closing skills with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.

• Social Media: Fluent in Facebook Marketplace, Facebook Ads Manager.
