Senior IT Technician

More about the role

You’ll be :

> Working in a team. 

> Friendly customer service – including an unwitting ability to be empathetic and positive towards your clients, without dropping your amazingly professional attitude

> Onsite and remote support – including troubleshooting technical issues over the phone with clients (using remote tools when necessary)

> Tech services – such as system rollouts, backup restorations and workshop PC/Server support

Experience with the following technologies is beneficial:

> Networking 

> Windows Server, Azure

> Office 365

> SharePoint

> Hosted PBX / VoIP

> All forms of Desktop Support Windows 11

> Passion for technology and proven experience working with IT software, hardware, networks and peripherals

> Previous tech support experience;

> Proven customer service experience and a drive to help people

> Strong written and verbal communication skills

> Ability to pick up new technologies and learn new systems quickly

> Ability to relay technical terminology to non-technical people

> Ability to work both independently and within a team
