Civil Labourer (Commercial Retaining Walls) and Operators

Prowall Construction is a fast-growing civil contractor specialising in retaining walls, earthworks and drainage across Victoria.

We’re looking for reliable Skilled Civil Labourers and operators who take pride in their work and want to be part of a strong, positive and safe on-site team across a range of projects and client sectors.

• Assist with retaining wall construction (offsider for drilling, concreting, guiding machine lifts for steel and sleepers, backfill) drainage, trenching and earthworks, site cut, detailed, import and export
• General labouring tasks, site preparation and clean-up - not afraid of getting into it! If you do not like to help on site where you can, do not apply
• Work alongside machine operators spotting when they are pendulum drilling bored pier holes
• Load and unload materials and equipment safely on site
• Maintain safe and organised work areas

• Operate machinery up to 40T

• Experience in civil construction (non negotiable)
• White Card required
• Excavator ticket (Highly preferred, with 2 years minimum experience)
• Ability to work hard in a team environment
• Reliable, positive attitude and strong work ethic
