Customer Service Casual (short term)

White Fox is a globally recognised fashion brand loved by babes and celebs worldwide.

Established in 2013 and based in Sydney, Australia, White Fox has quickly become the go-to online fashion destination and is continuing to take over wardrobes everywhere.

We are looking for a Customer Service Casuals (short term) to assist our Customer Service team during our peak sale period. Located at our Rosebery office, this role is perfect for anyone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to kickstart their career in the fashion industry.

About The Role

This role will run from mid October through to end of January. Minimum 3 days a week availability required - Monday and Thursday essentialShifts will be between 7am and 5pm, Monday to Friday

Main Responsibilities

Communicating with customers & ensuring customer satisfaction on emails & live-chatHandle customer queries professionally, provide knowledgeable solutions and follow up as requiredEnsuring customer profiles & communication is documentedWorking with the returns team on processing returns & faulty replacementsProvide backup and support to other Customer Service team members as/when requested

Requirements

Previous customer service experience (either online or in-store)Strong organisational skills, ability to multi-task & show initiativeExperience in a fast paced working environmentExcellent communication skillsExcellent attention to detailStrong grammar skillsComprehensive computer skills with an iMAC
