Operations Administrator

We're currently seeking an experienced Operations Administrator to join an established environmental and resource-management organisation in Nudgee. This is a fantastic temp-to-permanent opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy operational environment and enjoys being the key link between customers, drivers and internal teams.

• Temp-to-Permanent opportunity
• $40.00 per hour + penalty rates + Super
• Monday to Friday
• Choice of 7:00am - 3:00pm OR 8:00am - 4:00pm

You'll play a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly, including:

• Contacting customers regarding service issues, missed collections and general enquiries
• Investigating customer concerns and coordinating resolutions
• Managing shared operations inboxes and prioritising tasks
• Liaising with drivers, field staff and operational teams
• Processing and reconciling driver runsheets
• Entering service data, adjustments and job completion information
• Raising purchase orders, work orders and service requests
• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly operational reports
• Supporting payroll queries, timesheets and overtime submissions
• Assisting with driver and operational staff onboarding
• Providing invoice and customer account support
• Maintaining accurate records and compliance documentation
• Supporting general site and office administration

We're looking for an experienced administrator who loves a busy day!

You'll ideally have:

• Previous experience in administration, operations support or customer service
• Experience in logistics, transport, waste, construction or industrial services highly regarded
• Strong experience handling high-volume phone calls and customer enquiries
• Experience managing shared inboxes and competing priorities
• Experience liaising with drivers or operational teams
• Runsheet, manifest, delivery docket or service-record experience
• Excellent data entry accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word
• Experience with SAP, ERP or operational systems highly regarded
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
• Understanding of compliance and record-keeping requirements

• Be able to successfully complete a Pre-Employment Medical (PEM)
• Be able to successfully complete Drug & Alcohol Screening (DAS)
• Hold a clean National Police Check
