Project Engineer/Project Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated and organised Project Engineer / Project Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in coordinating and delivering projects from planning through to completion.

This is a great opportunity for an engineer or experienced project professional who enjoys variety, takes ownership and can confidently coordinate people, priorities, suppliers and technical requirements to keep projects moving.

The Role

• Working closely with our engineering, operations and leadership teams, you will support the successful planning, coordination and delivery of RaptorTech projects.

• Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating projects from initial planning through to delivery, commissioning and close-out

• Developing and maintaining project schedules, action registers and project documentation

• Monitoring project milestones, deliverables, costs and timelines

• Coordinating engineering, procurement, manufacturing, suppliers and site activities

• Coordinating onboarding activities

• Liaising with customers, contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders

• Identifying project risks, issues and dependencies and proactively driving actions to resolution

• Supporting procurement, equipment mobilisation and logistics

• Reviewing technical documentation, drawings, specifications and project requirements

• Coordinating site installation and commissioning activities where required

• Preparing project updates, reports and documentation

• Ensuring project activities are completed safely and in accordance with RaptorTech and client requirements

• Maintaining accurate and organised project records

• Supporting continuous improvement across our project delivery processes incl. facilitated retros with project team after project completion

About You

We are looking for someone who is proactive, organised and comfortable working in a dynamic environment where priorities can change quickly.

Ideally, you will have:

• A qualification in Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline

• Previous experience in a Project Engineer, Project Coordinator or similar role

• Experience within mining, resources, technology, engineering, manufacturing or a related industry

• Strong planning, coordination and organisational skills

• The ability to manage multiple priorities and follow actions through to completion

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Confidence working with customers, suppliers, contractors and internal stakeholders

• Good attention to detail and a practical approach to problem solving

• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team

• A proactive mindset and willingness to seek feedback, communicate openly and take ownership

• Competency with Microsoft Office and project planning/reporting tools

• Experience with mining technology, electrical or mechanical systems, equipment integration, site-based projects or commissioning would be highly regarded.
