We're looking for an experienced and motivated Service Supervisor to join our Sydney branch. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who is passionate about developing people, building strong customer relationships, and driving workshop performance.

About the Role

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will play a key leadership role in the day-to-day operation of the workshop, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient workflow management, and a safe, productive working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service, seeking customer feedback, and offering advice to customers over the phone

• Monitoring and managing daily workshop workflow while ensuring compliance with company procedures and standards

• Assigning jobs to Service Technicians and supporting team members with performance, development, and day-to-day operational matters

• Scheduling and conducting in-house training for Service Technicians and apprentices

• Maintaining product knowledge and liaising with the Parts Department as required

• Assisting with the management and resolution of customer concerns and disputes in conjunction with the Service Manager

• Supporting the timely completion of warranty claims and work-in-progress (WIP) requirements

• Reviewing repair work before equipment is released to customers to ensure quality standards are met

• Driving a strong safety culture and leading by example within the workshop

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Strong supervisory or management experience with the ability to lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team

• A Mechanical Trade Certificate (preferred but not essential)

• Experience with engine overhauls and major repairs, including electrical, hydraulic, and diagnostic troubleshooting

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities

• A mature attitude and a logical, methodical approach to your work

• A current and valid driver's licence

• High-risk work tickets and/or licences will be highly regarded
