Lupo Bianco is a luxury bespoke tailoring boutique specialising in made-to-measure menswear. Our focus is primarily on custom suiting, while also offering ready-to-wear smart casual garments, premium accessories, ties, and hand-painted patina leather shoes.

We cater to a refined clientele including working professionals and grooms within the wedding industry, delivering a highly personalised and elevated customer experience.

We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Representative with an interest in menswear and styling to join our boutique team.

This is a client-facing role suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering exceptional service, and working in a fast-paced luxury retail environment. All consultations are appointment-based, allowing for a tailored and personalised experience with every client.

No prior tailoring experience is required — our experienced team will provide full training in garment knowledge, fabrics, fit, and styling.

• Assist clients with made-to-measure suiting and menswear consultations

• Build strong relationships with professionals and wedding clients

• Develop product knowledge across fabrics, garments, accessories, and footwear

• Understand garment fit, body proportions, and how fabrics drape on different individuals

• Maintain a high standard of presentation and customer service

• Manage appointments and assist with day-to-day boutique operations
