We are looking for reliable and motivated people to join our close-knit team.

Experience is an advantage, but attitude, teamwork, reliability and commitment to quality matter most. This is a hands-on role with varied work and opportunities to learn specialised skills and progress within the business.

The role

Our work may include:

·         Waterproofing and membrane installation

·         Concrete repair and crack injection

·         Joint and sealant works

·         Façade and external building repairs

·         Surface preparation, grinding and demolition

·         General remedial construction works

What we're looking for

·         Reliable, positive and willing to learn

·         Works well as part of a team

·         Current driver's licence and reliable transport

·         Able to undertake physical construction work

·         Takes pride in quality workmanship

·         Good attention to detail

·         Follows instructions and works safely

·         Able to work independently when required

·         Professional and respectful with workmates and clients

An advantage, but not essential

·         Construction White Card

·         Waterproofing, remedial building or construction experience

·         Trade qualifications

·         EWP, Working at Heights or other construction tickets

·         Concrete repair, injection or sealant experience
