After Sales Support Technician - Sydney

GTK is a leading Assistive Technology Equipment supplier. We have a “solution focused” approach to equipment and pride ourselves on a high-performance team culture. 

We are looking for someone with a "can do" attitude, good communicator with excellent organizational skills who cares for their customers. The role will be based out of our Seven Hills office.

Regarding the role, your duties and responsibilities include:

• Support our Assistive Technology Consultants in any post-delivery actions relating to clients new equipment

• Support Service Technicians with any service or warranty related issues to clients existing equipment

• Repairs to our demonstration Assistive Technology (AT) equipment including power wheelchairs, manual wheelchairs, hoists, standing and walking frames

• Working with AT Consultants and clinicians to problem solve

• Capturing information in our CRM System relating to clients

 Applicants should possess:

• Great communication Skills

• An understanding of how to use basic tools

• Good PC literacy

• Drivers license and good driving record

• Eagerness to learn

• Ability to manage competing priorities

• An abundance of initiative

• Be able to pass a police check and working with children application
