Tactical Tradie was established four years ago and is a leading education and coaching business helping tradies build thriving businesses — so they can have both the income and lifestyle they want for their families.
Founder Tom grew his own plumbing business in Melbourne to over 60 staff in five years, and now he’s on a mission to help other tradies do the same.
Our core team of four is based in a beautiful office in Minyama on the Sunshine Coast, supported by a broader network of contractors and coaches.
You’ll be the right-hand wing to CEO Tom.
Tom is a visionary, fast-moving entrepreneur who doesn’t operate with rigid structures. He needs someone highly organised, proactive, and autonomous to anticipate needs, manage the details, and keep everything moving smoothly.
As a fully online business running across multiple IT platforms, we need someone tech-savvy who can quickly learn new systems and adapt to change.
For the right person, this is an absolute dream opportunity to learn, grow, and shape your career in a fast-growing business.

Keep the CEO focused on high-value work

Support live coaching calls as the back-end co-host (breakout rooms, chat monitoring, support tasks, links, and call management). Coaching calls are mostly in the afternoons once or twice a week from 4:00–5:30 pm.
Hold coaches accountable for training, availability, preparation, and session readiness
Support rollout of new systems, delivery upgrades, and operational improvements
Keep the team aligned around deadlines, workflows, and upcoming work

Manage registrations, attendee communication, and event administration
Oversee tech setup and smooth execution on the day

Clear communication and strong cadence keep the team aligned, prepared, and moving in the same direction.
Coordinate internal meetings, agendas, and action tracking
