The Role

Highland is seeking a highly organised, service focused and experienced Property Manager, keen to join an exceptional team of hard-working and vibrant individuals. This is a full-time position based in our fast-paced Cronulla office.

Duties And Responsibilities

Managing a Sutherland Shire-based portfolio of approximately 160-180 properties alongside other experienced Property ManagersCommunicating frequently with landlords and tenantsCollaborating with the Leasing and New Business teamsCoordinating and carrying out routine inspections, rent reviews and lease renewalsManaging lease signings and key distributionOrganising electronic filing of tenant and landlord informationActioning requests for tradespersons, cleaners etc. in a timely mannerUtilising PropertyMe, Inspection Real Estate, FlickitOver and more (training provided)

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (required)Previous experience in Property Management or the Real Estate industryStrong ability to think on your feet and problem solve - Professional communication and follow-up skillsA proactive, positive attitude with strong verbal and written communication skillsConfidence liaising with a range of stakeholders and managing conflict resolutionAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple prioritiesWillingness to learn and further develop your Property Management career
