The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (Cth) (CDPP) is looking for an experienced, motivated and detail-oriented APS5 Human Resources (HR) Coordinator in Industrial Relations team within People Branch for the Non-ongoing contract for 12 months period. In this role, you will:

• support the delivery of the CDPP’s enterprise bargaining project; and
• aid in the coordination of the project by engaging with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to deliver documentation in required timelines.

This role is critical in the development of the CDPP’s new Enterprise Agreement, including policies associated with its implementation. The role will also provide high-level secretariat support to the CDPP’s National Consultative Committee and exposure to a broad range of HR matters and an opportunity to understand how policy is developed, reviewed and applied in practice.
