With the child's voice at the centre, we provide quality services to children and their caregivers in every state and territory, and across regions, remote areas and capital cities. From our programs to our support services - this is the place to realise your purpose.
In this full-time, maximum term role until end June 2028, you'll lead our SHIELD and Victim Connect teams to help us create lasting change for children everywhere. You'll work remotely from home when not delivering programs or attending meetings, with access to a shared office.

Your deep expertise in victim support services, counselling, and culturally responsive, trauma-informed practice will be invaluable. You're a confident and compassionate leader who builds strong relationships, supports high-performing teams, and delivers positive outcomes for clients and communities. Experience in leading remote teams is highly valued.
