About the role
Conetix Web Hosting is seeking a highly motivated, level 2 support person to assist with our growing client base. As a 100% Australian owned and run hosting company, we pride ourselves on the quality of the support we offer and you would be a valued part of this team.
As a member of a smaller team, we value individual input and you will have the opportunity to help shape the way we offer support.
Key responsibilities
Assist customers with website migrations
Assist with WordPress upgrades and advice
Provide general web technology assistance
Receive mentoring from Level 3 staff to maximise your ability to offer the Conetix experience
About you
2+ years experience in customer support
Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
Excellent IT fault finding skills
Good understanding of web related technologies (FTP, DNS and similar)
Some PHP / MySQL experience
Experience with WordPress, including installation, updates and fault finding
