About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Quality & Compliance Administrator to support reporting, compliance, and stakeholder engagement across the business. Reporting to our Regional Coordinators and Directors, you will manage competing priorities and deadlines while ensuring critical documents and reports are accurate, professional, and meet client and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist with client and stakeholder correspondence and consultation activities.
· Coordinate, collate, and review information from internal and external parties.
· Prepare, format, and quality-check pre-work reports, post-work reports, situation reports, and other operational documentation.
· Ensure all reports, correspondence, and business documents meet company quality standards.
· Act as the final quality assurance checkpoint for key reports and deliverables.
· Maintain document control and consistency across templates, reports, and business systems.
· Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and reporting efficiencies.
About You
You are a highly capable administrator who genuinely enjoys bringing order to complexity. You can manage competing priorities, communicate professionally with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, and take ownership of your work from start to finish.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a senior administrative role.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to 100% accuracy.
Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
Strong experience using Adobe products and the confidence to learn and adapt to new software systems quickly.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
The ability to work autonomously while also contributing effectively within a team environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines, priorities, and moving parts simultaneously.
Experience working within a high compliance-focused industry will be highly regarded.
