Cafe All-Rounder
Crystal Castle & Shambhala Gardens is located just outside of Mullumbimby in the beautiful Byron Bay hinterland. An award-winning, world-unique destination, it is home to the largest natural crystals in the world, where visitors can immerse themselves in wonder. The tranquil Shambhala Gardens are filled with peaceful walks, sacred statues, areas for contemplation, and interactive experiences.
Lotus Cafe is our vegetarian cafe located within Crystal Castle, with a focus on healthy, nourishing food that delights our guests.

What we need from you
Genuine 2+ years of cafe experience
Experience in both FOH and BOH environments
Excellent customer service and people skills
Positive approach to all tasks
Strong multitasking abilities
Problem-solving skills
Ability to cash up and close the cafe
Great communication skills
Self-motivated with initiative
Team player
Own reliable transport
Flexibility with availability, including weekends and holidays
Must be available for the Christmas School holiday period
Barista experience

The position is casual and will vary from 2 to 4 days a week. Must be available weekends and school holidays.
