What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a dedicated Centre Director to lead our passionate team and foster a culture of growth and connection. While experience with Kidsoft and Storypark is valued, it is not essential – we welcome leaders who are eager to learn and nurture our holistic, child-led approach. You will work closely with the Approved Provider, with operational support from Astute Early Years Management, to bring your leadership vision to life.

Who You Are:

• A values-aligned leader with a Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education

• Experienced as a Director

• Confident in sector compliance, with strong knowledge of the NQF and EYLF

• A warm, reflective communicator who leads with steadiness, empathy, and clarity

• A leader who brings both structure and soul to their role

• Eager to be mentored and take advantage of professional development opportunities

As Centre Director, You Will:

• Lead and inspire a committed, professional team with warmth, vision, and purpose

• Embed reflective practice and cultivate a culture of trust and growth

• Ensure compliance with the NQF, EYLF

• Prioritise the safety, wellbeing, and protection of every child in our care

• Foster strong, authentic partnerships with families and the community

• Oversee the centre’s daily rhythms with care, calmness, and professionalism
