We are looking for a National Distribution Manager to join our team in a newly created role. 

About the Role

As a National Distribution Manager, you will:

Evaluate current distributors’ channel and map all channels and develop strategy per region along with the area sales leader

Develop distributor program and support area sales leader on the successful execution of the program

Develop together with technical team distributors training programs, based on customer voice/needs

Develop distributor tools: handbook, toolboxes, and packages

Identify new product opportunities

Coordinate and work close with sales and technical department to develop solutions, solve issues

Develop strategic distributors’ campaigns and support sales leaders on their execution

Drive the “digitization” of the business

About You

·     You will have a solid commercial and technical background

·     Strong sales and marketing skills

·     You will be a strategic thinker

·     Very strong communication skills, verbal and written 

·     Sound organisational skills

·     You will have the ability to build relationships quickly and effectively

·     You will be analytical and have very strong problem-solving skills

·     Tertiary qualifications essential
