Property Cleaning and Operations Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Property Cleaning and Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day maintenance and operation of our residential properties.

Key Duties

• Clean and prepare residential properties for viewings and inspections
• Open properties for inspections
• Gardening and general upkeep
• Basic maintenance and repairs
• Travel between multiple properties as required
• Occasionally clean the company office
• Purchasing and restocking supplies
• Drive the Director between residential properties as required
• Perform other property-related tasks as required

Requirements

• Full Australian driver licence required
• Reliable, responsible and punctual
• Comfortable with cleaning, gardening and hands-on work
• Ability to travel between multiple properties during the day

Hours

Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM-5:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM-4:00 PM
Break: 30-minute unpaid break each day

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
