Carrollee Hotel is looking for a Sous Chef who will be working within an energetic, friendly environment, with dedicated Head Chefs and team who are fun and treat each other like a big family. We are looking for outstanding Sous Chefs who have experience working in a busy commercial kitchen across a variety of cuisines and styles, delivering good quality and modern innovative food.

You;

Minimum 3-5 years experience in a professional environmentMinimum 12 months of experience in the Sous Chef role The skill to create menus that adhere to brand guidelines and reflect the venue's identityStrong knowledge of food safety protocolsAble to work 5 days across a 7 day operationRelevant culinary qualification or equivalent trade experience in lieuFlexible and willing attitude, clear communication and customer service skillsImmaculate grooming and pride in presentationYou will be reliable, dedicated, willing to continue learning and passionate
