REBORN is looking for a Sydney-based Designer to join our team.

This role would suit someone with around one or two years of experience who is ready for more variety, more responsibility and more involvement in the creative process.

You do not need to have done everything already. We care about your folio, your ideas and how much you want to learn.

You will work across beauty, FMCG and consumer brands, designing for social, digital, campaigns, branding, retail and activations. You will also get involved in concept development, pitches, content creation and shoots.

This is not a role where you will only resize finished work. We want you to bring references, suggest ideas, ask questions and help make the work better.

You will:

• Develop design ideas and visual concepts
  
• Design paid and organic social content, digital advertising, campaign materials, presentations, retail assets and brand communications
  
• Contribute to brainstorms, pitches and creative reviews
  
• Help create and edit simple social content using Canva, CapCut or similar tools
  
• Take work from initial concept through to final artwork
  
• Apply feedback and improve the work without losing the original idea
  
• Work with our creative, social, strategy and client service teams
  
• Manage several projects while maintaining a high standard of work
  

The role reports to our Head of Creative & Innovation.

Requirements

• Around one or two years of design experience, ideally in an agency or creative studio
  
• A strong folio that shows good ideas as well as polished design
  
• Solid skills in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
  
• Strong typography, layout and composition skills
  
• Some experience with Canva, CapCut or other social content tools
  
• An interest in social media, advertising, brands and popular culture
  
• Confidence contributing ideas and sharing an opinion
  
• The ability to take direction and respond well to feedback
  
• Good organisation and attention to detail
  
• The ability to work to deadlines and manage competing priorities
  
• Based in Sydney and able to work within our hybrid model
  

Motion design, video editing, content capture and experience with AI creative tools would be useful, but are not essential.

Personal projects and experimental work are welcome in your folio. We want to see what you are interested in, not only the work previous employers allowed you to make.
