Senior Project Engineer (Structure Team)

The Role:

Ironside is seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our team, reporting directly to the Structure Project Manager. This role plays a key part in supporting our structure project teams with the planning, coordination, and delivery of works across Ironside construction projects. You'll contribute to achieving high standards in quality, safety, time, and cost control.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate structural shop drawings, fabrication tracking, and call-ups across systems including Jumpform, Screens, Masterform, Stairform, and PT

• Manage project documentation and drawing control via Procore and OneDrive for QA and site reference

• Perform cost tracking, invoice processing, and procurement coordination for structural materials

• Prepare reinforcement schedules, concrete volume take-offs, and Bluebeam markups

• Support site teams with timely delivery of drawings and documentation, maintaining quality and safety standards

Successful Candidate Requirements:

• 3-4 years’ experience in a similar role or in multi-level construction

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering or Construction Management

• Proficiency in Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, Procore, and relevant construction software

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Effective communication and collaboration skills across internal and external stakeholders
