The Project Manager will oversee fire and security projects from initiation through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Responsibilities include coordinating resources and logistics, managing schedules, monitoring progress, and maintaining clear communication with internal teams, suppliers, and clients. The role involves reviewing project specifications, organizing inspections, managing documentation, and addressing risks and issues promptly. The Project Manager will also support continuous improvement, compliance with safety and quality standards, and strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
QualificationsProject Management skills, including project planning, execution, monitoring, and stakeholder coordination.Expeditor and Expediting skills to track orders, manage suppliers, and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.Inspection experience to organize, oversee, and document site inspections and quality checks.Logistics Management skills to coordinate resources, scheduling, and material movements across project sites.Relevant experience in fire, security, construction, or technical services project environments.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with clients, vendors, and internal teams.Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a hybrid work setting.Proficiency with project management tools and standard office software; familiarity with safety and compliance standards.Formal qualification in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field is desirable.Capacity to uphold high safety, quality, and ethical standards in all project activities.
